tomā-sabāra śāstra-kartā—seha bhrānta haila
nā jāni' śāstrera marma aiche ājñā dila

Synonyms

tomā-sabāra—of all of you; śāstra-kartā—compilers of scripture; seha—they also; bhrānta—mistaken; haila—became; jāni'—without knowing; śāstrera marma—the essence of scriptures; aiche—such; ājñā—order; dila—gave.

Translation

“There are many mistakes and illusions in your scriptures. Their compilers, not knowing the essence of knowledge, gave orders that were against reason and argument.”
