Astanga Yoga 八部瑜伽



八部瑜伽的八部修法分別為:

  1. 守持法 yama
  2. 戒律法 niyama
  3. 持座法 āsana (即 hatha yoga 哈達瑜伽)
  4. 調息法 prānāyāma (呼吸法)
  5. 撤回法 pratyāhāra
  6. 守意法 dhāranā
  7. 入定法 dhyāna (禪定)
  8. 三摩地 samādhi (三昧)
