parera—by another; sthāpya—to be kept; dravya—property; keha nā khāya—no one uses; vilāya—distributes; niṣedhiha—forbid; iṅhāre—him; yena—so; nā kare—he does not do; anyāya—something unlawful.
“One who is entrusted with another's property does not distribute it or use it for his own purposes. Therefore, tell him not to do such an unlawful thing.”
