vāsudeva—Vāsudeva; galat-kuṣṭhī—suffering from leprosy; tāte—over and above that; aṅga—the body; kīḍā-maya—full of worms; tāre—him; āliṅgana—embracing; kailā—You did; hañā sa-daya—being merciful.
