Paramānanda Gupta composed a prayer to Lord Kṛṣṇa known as Kṛṣṇa-stavāvalī. In the Gaura-gaṇoddeśa-dīpikā, verses 194 and 199, it is stated that he was formerly the gopī named Mañjumedhā.
